Where can I purchase Gabriel Cosmetics Co. products from?

Where do you ship from and how long will it take to receive my order?       

We ship from Sydney, Australia using Australia Post. There are two options for shipping available within Australia:

Standard shipping: 2 - 4 business days

Express shipping: Next business day. Express items are posted out the same day or next day once the order has been placed.

International Shipping: Approximately 7 + business days. Estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.

A confirmation email will be sent to you which includes a tracking number once your order has been shipped

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day

Can I return or refund an item?   

All sales are final and we do not offer a return or refund on an item unless we have sent an incorrect or faulty/damaged item.

What are my options if I've received the wrong or a faulty item?   

At Gabriel Cosmetics Co. we undergo a thorough quality assurance (QA) check when we receive our stock and again before all orders are dispatched to our customers.                                                                   

In the rare instance that an incorrect or faulty/damaged product has been sent to you, please keep the product and all accompanying packaging in-tact, and email info@gabrielcosmeticsco.com.au within three (3) days of receiving your order referencing your order number, and we will do our best to assist you further.
Please do not return any goods unless you have contacted us in the first instance.

Can I change my order?       

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are unable to change the order. Please email us at info@gabrielcosmeticsco.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

Is the Gabriel Cosmetics Co. range Cruelty Free?                                           

Yes, all of our products are 100% cruelty free!

Our Liquid Lipsticks are also:
